On Saturday, November 19, the Christmas Village will be open from 10 am to 3 pm at 230 Pennswood Rd, Bryn Mawr, PA, 19010. All are welcome to enjoy an outdoor European style Christmas Village with sparkling lights, delicious food, festive live music, and a variety of select vendor booths to begin Christmas shopping. There will be an exciting selection of vendors including Children’s Book World of Haverford, Painted Sky Alpaca Farm & Fiber, Fairhope Graphics, Kendra Scott Jewelers, the WW Collection, Bridget Rose Fine Stationery & Designs and The Sweet Trading Co. of Narberth. The Jules Pizza truck will be on site and selling food and refreshments. A portion of all proceeds from the Village will go to Redeemer’s outreach efforts benefitting community organizations addressing social needs.
In other news, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar at 555 Lancaster Ave, is offering a special three-course meal or Thanksgiving Day meal featuring Herb-Roasted Turkey, Filet Mignon or Prime Bone-In Ribeye. It includes all of the Thanksgiving fixings and desserts. Cost is $57 for adults and $25 for children. Reservations are available online or by calling 610-688-9463. Founding Farmers in King of Prussia Town Center is also preparing for a special Thanksgiving takeout and dining in experience. On Thursday, Nov. 10, the restaurant began taking pre-orders for “Heat and Eat” takeout and reservations for inhouse dining. The restaurant is also offering a special Thanksgiving price fixed menu from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m .on Thursday, Nov. 24. Reservations are available by calling 484-808-4008.
